Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall be awarded a trip for the winner and one (1) guest (21 years of age or older) to their choice of New Orleans, LA; Salem, MA; or, Savannah, GA with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $5,000 and shall include:

· Coach-class roundtrip airfare for winner and one (1) guest (21 years of age or older) from the nearest major metro airport to the winner’s home to the closest Sponsor-designated major metro airport to the chosen trip destination. Airline, class of service, and departure/arrival airports as solely determined and designated by Sponsor and subject to availability.

o NOTE: If grand prize winner resides within 250-miles of the chosen trip destination’s metro area, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare.

· Two (2)-nights standard double-occupancy hotel. Hotel as solely determined and designated by Sponsor based upon availability;

· One (1) $1,500 gift card toward ground transportation and incidentals. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the issuing gift card provider policy.

First Prize Award (maximum 20 prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a first prize winner shall be awarded one (1) Fireball-branded shot dispenser and two (2) Fireball-branded shot glasses, subject to availability. Each first prize award has an ARV of $120.

Total ARV of all available prizes: $7,400.

Open only to legal residents of the (50) U.S. and D.C., who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID.
