(1) CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: a check for $25,000 made out to the winner.
ARV of the Grand Prize is $25,000.

(4) FINALIST CONTEST PRIZES (for the non-Grand Prize-winning Finalists): Each Finalist prize will consist of $500 in Denny’s gift cards. ARV of each Finalist Prize is $500.

(5) SEMI-FINALIST CONTEST PRIZES (for the Semi-Finalists who did not win another prize): Each Semi-Finalist prize will consist of a $100 Denny’s gift card. The ARV of each Semi-Finalist Prize is $100.

Total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Contest is $27,500.

Open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen years of age as of the time/date of entry.

Limit of one Submission per person per day during the Contest Entry Period and up to one vote per person per day for those participating in the Public Voting Period.
