One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a 3 (three) day/ 2 (two) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion/s to Arlington, TX to attend the 2023 Dr Pepper Big 12 Football Championship (the “Game”), which includes (i) round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion/s between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and Arlington, TX; (ii) 2 (two) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion (one (1) room, double occupancy) at the Live! By Loews in Arlington, TX; and (iii) two (2) tickets to the Game.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,500.00.

Only legal U.S. residents of the contiguous United States and District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area”), who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry are eligible to enter.

There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes:

Purchase of a McAlister’s Dr Pepper: During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants have the opportunity to enter the Sweepstakes by: First, logging into the sweepstakes portal: https://sweeps.mcalistersdeli.com/DrPepperBig12, then, using the links provided to either log into their McAlister’s Reward Program account or, if the entrant has not currently a member, signing up for a new account (the “Account”), and finally, purchasing any size Dr Pepper or Diet Dr Pepper through your Account. By making an eligible purchase during the Promotion Period using your Account, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
b. Mail Entry: During the Promotion Period, to enter via mail (available for all eligible entrants) read these Official Rules, and then hand print in ink on a letter-size sheet of paper, your full name, complete home address and zip code, home telephone number and area code, month and year of birth, along with your entry. Mail your completed entry form and entry in a first-class stamped business-size envelope to: 2023 Dr Pepper Big 12 Football Championship Sweepstakes, ATTN: McAlister’s Deli Marketing Department, 5620 Glenridge Drive Atlanta, GA 30342. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2023 and received by October 5, 2023. No metered mail will be accepted. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope.
