Two (2) Prizes. Each winner using the selection process described below and satisfaction of the eligibility requirements set forth above, will be awarded:

Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one guest to Las Vegas, NV (the “Destination”) from the major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest to Winner’s primary residence as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 50 miles of the Destination;

Three (3) nights hotel accommodation in Las Vegas, NV (one room double occupancy; room and tax only), checking in Friday, February 9, 2024 and checking out Monday, February 12, 2024; and

Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LVIII scheduled for Sunday, February 11, 2024, at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada (the “Event”).

REGARDLESS OF YOUR METHOD OF ENTRY, YOU MAY ONLY SUBMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER LISTENING PERIOD; WITH A MAXIMUM OF FOUR (4) ENTRIES PER DRAWING.

HOW TO ENTER.

1. By Listening to SiriusXM NFL Radio or any NFL Play by Play on the SiriusXM App:

During each Listening Period, listen to NFL Radio or one of the NFL Play by Play channels on the SiriusXM App for at least ten (10) consecutive minutes to receive one (1) entry into the corresponding drawing. Limit (1) entry per Listening Period.

After listening to NFL Radio or NFL Play by Play on the SiriusXM App for at least ten (10) consecutive minutes, you will receive a pop-up in the SiriusXM App with instructions to complete an online entry form (“App Entry”). A message will also be sent to your inbox on the SiriusXM App with instructions to complete the App Entry. Complete all of the required information on the App Entry to receive a one (1) entry for the corresponding Listening Period.

2. Without listening on the SiriusXM App: If you do not have a subscription to SiriusXM or if you do not have a subscription that includes the eligible listening channels you can enter by mail. To submit an entry, print your first name, last name, postal address, phone number and email address on a 3x5 card or piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: SiriusXM: Stream to the Super Bowl, PO Box 1948, South Hackensack, NJ 07606. One (1) entry per Listening Period and each entry must be submitted separately. Only one entry per envelope. To receive an entry for a particular Listening Period, the entry must be postmarked with a date occurring that Listening Period. All entries must be received prior its corresponding drawing date.
