One (1) prize will be awarded. Prize consists of two (2) seats (for Winner and their guest who must be of age of majority in their state of jurisdiction) on the Los Angeles Rams team charter flight (round trip to/from Los Angeles, CA and Dallas, TX) to attend the Los Angeles Rams vs. Dallas Cowboys game (“Game”) scheduled to occur at AT&T Stadium on October 29, 2023, two (2) tickets and two (2) sideline passes for the Game; standard, double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room) for two (2) nights in Dallas, TX; ground transportation on

the team bus to and from the airport to the Game and hotel; and one (1) swag bag (contents to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Travel dates: October 28, 2023 – October 30, 2023. If the Winner lives more than 250 miles from Los Angeles, the Winner will also receive either (a) round-trip (main cabin) coach air transportation (from a major airport servicing American Airlines nearest Winner’s home) or (b) another form of transportation, as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, for Winner and Winner’s one (1) guest to Los Angeles in order to fly on the charter flight with the team.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize if transportation to Los Angeles is awarded is up to $5,000.00 (the actual value may depend on city/date/time of departure); ARV of prize is $4,000.00 if transportation to Los Angeles is not awarded.

Open only to legal U.S. residents who (i) reside in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska); and (iii) are members of the American Airlines AAdvantage® Program at the time of entry.
