The winner will also receive the choice to donate an additional $5,000, independent from and above the prize payable to the Sweepstake’s winner, to any of the below 501C3 foundations: Feed My Starving Children, Feeding America, Red Cross, Northern Illinois Food Bank, Ann & Robert H. Lurie’s Children Hospital, St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Donors Choose, After School Matters, Wounded Warrior Project, Mental Health America, American Heart Association, Mayo Clinic, The Anti-Cruelty Society, Brighter Future, NAACP or Black Youth Project.

Must be an individual who, at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes, is a legal resident of one of the fifty United States (including the District of Columbia), is at least the age of majority in your state of residency, is physically located in one of the fifty United States, and has access to the internet and a valid e-mail address.
