There will be three (3) prizes awarded (collectively, "Prizes", each a “Prize”) to the Winners; one (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest", collectively “Guests”) to Las Vegas, NV (“Trip”). Trip will include the following: (a) two (2) 3-day VIP level tickets to BravoCon 2023 for Winner and Guest at Caesar’s Palace located at 3570 S Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV and scheduled to take place on November 3-5, 2023 (“Event”) (b) roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s place of residence (as selected in Sponsors' sole discretion) to a major airport located in Las Vegas, NV; (c) three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (as selected in Sponsors' sole discretion) for Winner and Guest in Las Vegas, NV; (d) roundtrip transfers for Winner and Guest in Las Vegas, NV between the airport and hotel; and (e) five hundred dollars ($500) spending money. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is five thousand seven hundred forty dollars ($5,740).

Total ERV of all Prizes is seventeen thousand two hundred-twenty dollars ($17,220).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
