The Grand Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive 2023 Tesla Model 3 with approximately 1,000 miles (“Prize” or “Grand Prize”). The Winner of the Grand Prize must claim the prize in person at a location agreed upon by the Administrator and Sponsor. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total Grand Prize is $50,000.

The First Prize Winner (also, “Winner”), upon the Administrator’s verification of eligibility, will receive the Aventon Aventure AVO EBike (“Prize” or “First Prize”). First Prize ARV - $2,800.

The Second Prize Winner (also, “Winner”), upon the Administrator’s verification of eligibility, will receive $2,000 in Lidl gift cards (“Prize” or “Second Prize”). Second Prize ARV - $2,000.

Total Prize Pool - $54,800.

Open to legal USA residents who have primary residence in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Delaware, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry.
