There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to the Winner. Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”, each a “Guest”) to Las Vegas, NV (“Trip”). Trip will include the following: (a) roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guests from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s place of residence (as selected in Sponsors’ sole discretion) to a major airport located in Las Vegas, NV; (b) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations for Winner and Guests in one (1) Pyramid Two Queen room at Luxor Hotel and Casino, located at 3900 S. Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89119 (as selected in Sponsors’ and/or Prize Provider’s sole discretion) (“Luxor Hotel”); (c) roundtrip transfers for Winner and Guests in Las Vegas, NV between the airport and Luxor Hotel; (d) five hundred dollars ($500) spending money; and (e) four (4) tickets for Winner and Guests to attend the America’s Got Talent Presents Super Stars Live show, scheduled to take place on various dates and at various times between October 4, 2023 and May 31, 2024 at the Luxor Theater, located at Luxor Hotel (“Event”).

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is four thousand seven hundred dollars ($4700).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) Entry per person per week, for a total of up to fifteen (15) Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
