First Prize Award (Maximum 5 first prize winners – one per designated concert): Each first prize winner shall receive:
Two tickets to the Sponsor designated Metallica M72 Experience concert;
Access to the Blackened Master Distiller experience at the concert, where available.
ARV of each first prize: $200. ARV of all available first prizes: $1,000.

Grand Prize Award: The grand prize winner shall receive:
Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and 1 guest age 21 or older) from the gateway airport nearest to the winner’s residence, to the nearest major airport servicing the Detroit, MI metro area.
NOTE: If winner resides within 250 miles of Detroit, MI metro area, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a $500 travel stipend towards ground transportation, in lieu of airfare.
Two-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy, at the Sponsor designated hotel in the Detroit, MI metro area.
Two tickets to the Sponsor designated Metallica M72 Experience concert;
Access to the Blackened Master Distiller experience at the concert, where available;
One BLACKENED branded ESP Guitar.
ARV of grand prize award: $3,500.

Open only to legal residents of, and who are located within, the (50) U.S. and D.C., who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID.
