Open to legal residents of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama or West Virginia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (except residents of Alabama must be 19 years of age or older).

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, entries will be accepted in two ways: A. Electronic In-Store Entry, and B. Mail-In, as explained below:
A. ELECTRONIC IN-STORE ENTRY: To enter in-store, you must first have an active Food City ValuCard. If you do not have a Food City ValuCard you may apply for one by filling out an official application form available at https://www.foodcity.com/home/login/?hash=register or at participating Food City stores. No purchase is necessary to obtain the card. After registration is complete, during the Sweepstakes Period, you must visit a participating Food City store, purchase any of the qualifying McCormick®, Grill Mates®, French’s®, Frank’s®, Lawry’s®, or Stubbs® participating items (as listed in Exhibit A, attached to these Official Rules), and have your Food City ValuCard scanned prior to check out. Each transaction where you make a qualifying purchase and have your Food City ValuCard scanned during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically enter you with one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. Limit one (1) electronic in-store entry per person, per day. If you do not wish to be entered into this sweepstakes, you may email [EMAIL ADDRESS] with the subject “Sweepstakes Opt Out” and include your first and last name and email address to opt out of the sweepstakes; opt out emails must be received by June 20, 2023.
B. MAIL-IN ENTRY: To enter by mail, handprint in ink on a 3x5 card your name, address, daytime phone number, and evening phone number, and mail the card in an envelope with postage affixed to: McCormick “Amp Up the Flavor” Grilling Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1158, Abingdon, VA 24212. Limit one entry per stamped envelope. All entries must be hand printed.
