NATIONAL GRAND PRIZEWINNER:
(1) National Grand Prizewinner will receive the following:
A $5,000 American Express gift card (terms and conditions of the American Express gift card will apply)
A Warner Bros. Prize Pack (US $25.00) to be determined by Sponsor
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the National Grand Prize: Five Thousand Twenty-Five Dollars (US $5,025.00).
NATIONAL DAILY PRIZEWINNERS:
(15) National Daily Prizewinners (each a “Daily Prize Winner”) will each receive:
A $500.00 gift card or cash or cash equivalent (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion)
A Warner Bros. Prize Pack ($25.00) to be determined by Sponsor
Tickets for (2) admissions to “THE FLASH” at a theater near Prizewinner’s residence (ARV of $24.00)
AVR of each National Daily Prize: Five Hundred Fifty Dollars (US $549.00).
Total ARV of all National Daily Prizes: $8,235.
NATIONAL RUNNER-UP PRIZEWINNERS:
(500) National Runner-Up Prizewinners (each a "Runner-Up Prize Winner") will each receive:
Tickets for (2) admissions to “THE FLASH” at a theater near Prizewinner’s residence (ARV of $24.00)
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered or traded. All other charges, fees, and/or amounts, (including but not limited to concession items and travel) are not included in the National Runner-Up Prize.
AVR of each National Runner-Up Prize: (US $24.00). Total ARV of all National Runner-Up Prizes: (US $12,000.00).
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $25,260.

During each broadcast of the syndicated episode of the Show during the Sweepstakes Period, an entry word will appear on screen (the “Character of the Day”).
