ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive a $30,000 Lovesac product credit voucher. The prize is intended to be used to purchase one (1) customized Lovesac Sactionals couch with StealthTech valued at up to $10,000 and (2) an additional credit of $20,000 intended to allow winner to upgrade their Sactional with any new innovations introduced by Lovesac, or otherwise evolve and reconfigure the Lovesac products in their home, usable for up to thirty years from the date the prize is awarded. There are no restrictions on how winner may use the $30,000 product credit, other than the expiration date. In addition, winner will receive a check for $12,800, that may be used to assist with the tax liability associated with accepting this prize.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $42,800.
