(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: one home located in Santa Fe, New Mexico that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) ARV: $2,054,224; an All-New, All-Electric 2023 Mercedes Benz EQE Sedan ARV: $89,770; and $100,000. ARV of total Grand Prize: $2,243,994.
In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home 2023 (and the contents of the HGTV Smart Home 2023), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $500,000 in cash, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot take possession of the HGTV® Smart Home 2023 Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $689,770 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV® Smart Home 2023.
