One (1) GRAND PRIZE:

Grand Prize shall consist of two (2) VIP tickets per day for winner and one (1) guest to the GoPro Mountain Games scheduled to take place June 8-11, 2023 in Vail, CO(the “Event”); three (3) night’s accommodations at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, single room, double occupancywith check in on June 8, 2023 and check out on June 11, 2023; and the following Pacifico branded merchandise: two (2) beach chairs, one (1) 20qt soft sided cooler, one (1) rover backpack, one (1) charcoal grill, one (1) dog bed, one (1) dog collar, one (1) dog leash, one (1) 55oz stainless steel dog bowl, one (1) water bottle, two (2) summer beach towels, one (1) headlamp, one (1) hammock, one (1) tent, one (1) BMX style bike; and two (2) GoPRo Mountain Games athlete gift bags.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,530 total
