Six (6) winners will each win a prize to attend a Red Rocks concert during the 2023 season at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado. Each prize consists of (i) roundtrip air travel to Denver International Airport (DEN) on Southwest Airlines® for winner and one (1) guest (subject to Air Travel Restrictions set forth below); (ii) two (2) tickets to a concert of the winner’s choice from a select group of mutually agreed upon ticketed events at Red Rocks shows between May 1, 2023 and November 12, 2023 (“Event”); and (iii) one (1) night stay at Origin Hotel Red Rocks (single room, double occupancy). Winners will need to provide their top three (3) choices of shows that are available within or after the provided time frame. Tickets to one (1) show will be awarded. Tickets are ineligible for any shshows that occurred prior to the winning period. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $1,245.

ARV of all prizes is $7,470.

Open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and have a valid email account at the time of entry.
