Open to legal residents of fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are either U.S. citizens or permanent residents 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and currently enrolled at a college or university or enrolled in a similar educational program; or a U.S. citizen or permanent resident at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian of a child between 5-17 years of age.
