ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Winner and (1) eligible guest (together, the “Attendees”) to Austin, Texas to attend the 2023 iHeartCountry Music Festival on Saturday, May 13, 2023 (the “Event”) (collectively, the “Trip”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,328.00). The Trip includes:

Round-trip domestic, coach air transportation for the Attendees from the major commercial airport nearest the Winner's residence (as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion) within the fifty (50) U.S./D.C. to the major commercial airport in Austin, TX (or surrounding airport, depending on availability);

Up to one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) credit towards ground transportation in Austin to/from airport and to/from venue;

Two (2) nights hotel accommodations in one (1) double occupancy, standard hotel room (on the nights of Friday, May 12, 2023 and Saturday, May 13, 2023) in Austin, TX;

Two (2) tickets for the Attendees to attend the 2023 iHeartCountry Festival at the Moody Center in Austin, TX on Saturday, May 13, 2023.

The total ARV of all prize(s) is $2,328.00.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
