Three (3) GRAND PRIZE(S):

Each Grand Prize shall consist of two (2) 2-dayEl Suenos passes to Suenos Music Festival at Grant Park in in Chicago, IL, from 5/27/2023 to 5/28/2023 (the “Festival”) Prize will include a Front of House/Soundboard Viewing Pass for the winner and their guest. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $1998 total ($999.00 per event ticket). Total ARV of all Grand prizes: $5994.

Five (5) FIRST PRIZE(S):

Each First Prize shall consist of two (2) 2-day VIP passes to the Festival and Autographed merchandise. Signed merchandise item(s), color, style design, and sizing awarded will be determined at the sole discretion of Live Nation. ARV of each First Prize: $898 total ($399.00 per event ticket and $100 per autographed merchandise). Total ARV of all prizes: $4,490.

Four (4) SECOND PRIZE(S):

Each Second Prize shall consist of two (2) 2-day General admission passes to the Festival ARV of each Second Prize: $658 total ($329 per event ticket) Total ARV of all Second prizes: $2632.

Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the stateof Illinois, (“Eligibility Area”) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per calendar day.
