(1) Grand Prize. Prize is a trip for winner and up to eight guests (each of whom must be 25 years of age or older and sign a liability release and publicity release to the “Citrus Capital of the World” in Ventura County, California. Trip includes roundtrip coach air travel from major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles area, lodging at “The Loyal 9 Lemon House”; private ground transportation between Los Angeles area airport and “The Loyal 9 Lemon House”; one lemon-themed dinner by a personal chef at “The Loyal 9 Lemon House”; kick-off dinner party with DJ at “The Loyal 9 Lemon House”; lemon-picking excursion in Santa Paula with gourmet lunch including food/beverage items made from lemons picked at the orchard; one brunch; poolside spa treatment (including massage and facial) for winner and guests; admission to polo match with use of private cabana at club of Sponsor’s sole choosing; summer gift pack (including weekend bag and beach towel) for winner and each guest. Winner will also receive a check for $12,000.00 that may be used to pay for taxes incurred in accepting Grand Prize. Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $62,000.00.

(3) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded. Prize is a “Summer’s Worth of Loyal 9” awarded as a check for $400.
