Thirty-two (32) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize consists of winner’s choice of an NFL jersey for the 2023 drafted player of their choice. Winner receives their choice of the drafted player and size only; the jersey style shall be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the winner’s choice is not available, the winner will receive a $150.00 NFLShop.com eGift Card (subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $150.00.

Fifty (50) First Prizes will be awarded. Each First Prize consists of a Pepsi®/NFL branded adjustable fit hat. ARV of each First Prize: $30.00.

Total ARV of all prizes: $6,300.00.
