ONE (1) prize is to be won, consisting of a four (4) days/three (3) nights getaway to Las Vegas, NV for the Winner and a guest of their choice (the “Prize”). The Prize shall include (a) two (2) round-trip first-class airfare tickets (or the equivalent airfare of highest available class) between the major airport closest to Winner’s residence and Las Vegas, NV (or equivalent ground transportation of value no greater than that of the aforementioned airfare value); (b) transportation (i) between the Winner’s (and their guest’s) place(s) of residence and the major airport closest to Winner’s place of residence (Sponsor shall, in its absolute and sole discretion, either pay for such costs directly, or provide Winner with a prepaid card to be used for the payment of such transportation costs), and (ii) during the Winner’s stay in Las Vegas; (c) a 3-night stay in a standard double occupancy deluxe room at Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada; (d) a prepaid card or resort credit which can be used towards the payment of meals throughout the stay; and (e) six (6) pairs of tickets to attend Sponsor’s shows in Las Vegas, NV with VIP and Behind the Scene Experiences.

The total estimated retail value of the Prize is $13,485 USD and is detailed as follows:

Airfare: estimated total of $4,000 USD ($2,000 USD per person);

Transportation: estimated total of $3,200 USD;

Hotel Stay Including daily resort fee: estimated retail value $1185 USD;

Prepaid Card/Resort Credit which can be used towards meal expenses at Bellagio and MGM Resorts International Las Vegas properties: estimated total of $1500 USD; and

Show Tickets including VIP and Behind the Scene Experiences: estimated total of $3,600 USD.

Open to all residents of Canada and the United States of America (excluding residents of the states of New York, Rhode Island and Florida, and residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories, who are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes). Participants must be aged 21 years and over at time of submitting the Entry.

A limit of one (1) Entry per person will be permitted during the Sweepstakes Period.
