Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
a. Upload Photo(s): Visit onestepaheadsweeps.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address. Next, upload either (A) one photo that includes your dog and your worn-out shoes OR (B) one photo of your dog and one photo of your worn-out shoes. You automatically will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Daily Entry Period drawing, one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing, and one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing.
b. Mail-in Method of Entry: To enter without uploading photo(s), print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Adequan® Canine One Step Ahead Sweepstakes – Photo Upload,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5021, Department 855726, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5021. You must also list out the Daily Entry Period for which you are entering on the outside of the envelope, (e.g., “Daily Entry Period 1”). Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by and received by the dates listed above in Section 3. You will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Daily Entry Period drawing and one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing. In addition, based on the date of the Daily Entry Period you indicate on your envelope, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing.
