Grand Prize. On or around February 24, 2023, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded the following prize package (the “Grand Prize”): Trip to Las Vega, Nevada to include (i) roundtrip coach airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and guest (“Guest”) from the international airport in the contiguous United States that is closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Las Vegas, Nevada, (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel stay (one standard room with double occupancy) at a hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada selected by Sponsor, and (iii) one dinner for two at a restaurant to be selected by Sponsor in Las Vegas, Nevada (Dinner served as part of a Sponsor group dinner.) Trip to take place April 14-16, 2023. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,000.00.

Instant Win Prize. Each Instant Winner will win the following prize (each an “Instant Win Prize”): one (1) Tsingtao branded 10-piece non-stick cooking set which includes a carbon steel wok and other cooking utensils. Each Instant Win Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $100.00. The total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $1,200.00.
