(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: one home located in Morrison, Colorado that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) ARV: $2,550,092; an All New 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe ARV: $75,120), and $100,000 presented in the form of a check. Actual value of HGTV Dream Home 2023 depends on market fluctuations. ARV of total Grand Prize: $2,725,212.
If the Grand Prize Winner does not live in the 48 contiguous states, the Vehicle Prize will consist of a credit in the amount of $75,120 valid only for Grand Prize Winner’s choice of a Jeep brand vehicle.
In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Dream Home 2023 (and the contents of the HGTV® Dream Home 2023), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $750,000 in cash. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot take possession of the HGTV® Dream Home 2023 due to a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $925,120 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV® Dream Home 2023.
