The Grand Prize consists of a Steamboat family vacation for four (4) people during the 2023-24 ski season at the Steamboat Ski Resort and is limited to the following: (a) five (5) nights lodging for four (4) people at the Steamboat Grand or other luxury property (dates and room as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to availability), (b) four (4) lift tickets valid for four (4) days consecutive skiing at Steamboat Ski Resort during the 2023-24 ski season (dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; lift tickets subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof), (c) half day skiing with Steamboat Olympian (subject to availability; date, time and location as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (d) complimentary demo ski or snowboard equipment rentals (skis, boots, poles, helmets) at (rentals subject to the standard terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations of Sponsor), and (e) Steamboat swag package including 60th Anniversary custom vest and fanny pack. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $11,000 USD.

The December Monthly Drawing Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) Custom Steamboat 60th anniversary vest and fanny pack, Dakine bag and gloves and two pairs of Smartwool socks (model, style, color and size as determined by Sponsor and subject to availability). The ARV of the December Monthly Drawing Prize is $450 USD.

The January Monthly Drawing Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) Custom Steamboat 60th anniversary vest and fanny pack, GoPro Camera and accessories kit (model, style, color and size as determined by Sponsor and subject to availability). The ARV of the January Monthly Drawing Prize is $550 USD.

The February Monthly Drawing Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) Custom Steamboat 60th Anniversary vest and fanny pack and custom Steamboat 60th anniversary Smith Goggles (model, style, color and size as determined by Sponsor and subject to availability). The ARV of the February Monthly Drawing Prize is $425 USD.

The March Monthly Drawing Prizes consists of and is limited to Custom Steamboat 60th Anniversary Vest and Fanny Pack and one Yeti cooler and two Yeti drinkware, (in each case model, style, color and size as determined by Sponsor and subject to availability). The ARV of the March Monthly Drawing Prize is $550 USD.

The aggregate approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $12,975 USD.

Open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
