One (1) Prize (“Prize”) will be awarded: A trip for two (2) to New York, NY to attend the 2022 iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball event on December 9, 2022 at Madison Square Garden (the “Venue”),

Domestic roundtrip airfare for the verified Winner (“Prizewinner”) and one (1) eligible guest (“Guest”) between the major metropolitan airport nearest Prizewinner’s primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) to the destination airport in New York City; 

Two (2) night hotel accommodations [one room/standard double occupancy] (“Hotel”);

Ground transportation to/from Hotel to Venue (if applicable);

Two (2) tickets to the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball on December 9, 2022 at the Venue;

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize not to exceed $3,000.

Open to individuals who (a) have internet access; (b) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and the Age of Majority in their State of Residence on the date of entry; (c) are a legal resident of and physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, all other U.S. territories and possessions and wherever prohibited or restricted by law)
