There are two types of prizes (each, a “Prize”) in this Sweepstakes. Except as otherwise stated in these Official Rules, eighty-two (82) Prizes in total will be given away. Each Prize is specific to a Game. The Prize to be awarded to the verified winner of the Drawing will depend on whether the Penguins post a Shutout for that Game.

Shutout Prize. If the Penguins post a Shutout for the applicable Game, the verified winner of the Drawing will receive a Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250) gift card for Shop ’n Save. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Shutout Prize is Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250).

Non-Shutout Prize. If the Penguins do not post a Shutout for the applicable Game, the verified winner of the Drawing will receive a Twenty-Five Dollar ($25) gift card for Shop ’n Save. ARV of the Non-Shutout Prize is Twenty-Five Dollars ($25).

TOTAL ARV for all Prizes will be between $1,975 and $19,750.

Open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia, who are the age of majority or older in the jurisdiction in which they reside at the time of entry.

Limit: Each entrant may obtain only one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
