One (1) GRAND PRIZE:

Grand Prize shall consist of a three (3) hour Corona x Miami Heat pre-game experience on a yacht for winner and three (3) guests (the “Experience”) and four (4) tickets to the Miami HEAT home basketball game all scheduled to take place on April 1, 2023 in Miami, FL (the “Event”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $3,300 total ($2,500 per Yacht Experience, $200 per Miami HEAT game tickets). Total ARV of all prizes: $3,300.

Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the state of Florida (“Eligibility Area”) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per calendar day.
