Each Grand Prize shall consist of two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest to the Indiana Pacers home basketball game scheduled to take place on December 29, 2022 in Indianapolis, IN at Gainbridge Fieldhouse (the “Event”) and one (1) 70" flat screen TV, one (1) soundbar, one (1) basketball shootout game, one (1) Corona Indiana Pacers co-branded metal cooler, two (2) Corona Indiana Pacers co-branded pint glasses, and one (1) Corona Indiana Pacers co-branded hat. .Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $1184 total ($100.00 per event ticket, $500 per 70" flat screen TV, $230 per soundbar, $125 per basketball shootout game, $100 per cooler, $2 per pint glass, and $25 per hat). Total ARV of all Grand prizes: $3552.

Ten (10) FIRST PRIZE(S):
Each First Prize shall consist of two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest to the Indiana Pacers home basketball game scheduled to take place December 29, 2022 in Indianapolis, IN at Gainbridge Fieldhouse (the “Event”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize: $200 total ($100.00 per event ticket). Total ARV of all First prizes: $2000.

Fifty (50) SECOND PRIZE(S):
Each Second Prize shall consist of one (1) Corona Indiana Pacers Swag Pack consisting of various Corona Indiana Pacers co-branded items). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Second Prize: $170.00 total. Total ARV of all First prizes: $8500

Total ARV of all prizes: $14,052.
