Grand Prizes: Three (3) prizes (each a “Grand Prize”) will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Each Grand Prize Winner will be eligible to receive a Grand Prize, which is a trip for Winner and one (1) guest to New Orleans, LA to attend the National Fried Chicken Festival 10/1/2022 - 10/2/2022 (the “Fulfillment Period”), having a maximum retail value not to exceed $2,500.00.

Grand Prize consists of the following prize elements:

· Roundtrip air travel for two (2) people from the airport nearest Winner’s residence to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport;

· Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a hotel in the New Orleans metro area as solely designated by Administrator;

· One (1) non-reloadable prepaid general merchanchise gift card in the amount of $500.00 that may be used wherever the gift card is accepted for payment towards activities, entertainment, or any expenses of Winner’s choice. Gift card will be subject to terms and conditions of the issuing bank or gift card company. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award multiple gift cards in varying denominations to satisfy the total amount to be awarded.

· One (1) Cane’s Gift Basket (consisting of miscellaneous Cane’s branded swag such as Celebration Party Cooler, short sleeve tee, BOG Free Box Combo Cards, and One Love Koozie and a total retail value of $50.00)

· Two (2) VIP tickets to the National Fried Chicken Festival for 10/1/2022 and 10/2/2022.

Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island), the District of Columbia and Guam who are age 18 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo identification.
