There are a total of ten (10)prizes (each a “Prize”) available to be won in the Sweepstakes consisting of five (5) Prizes available to be won by eligible Entrants residing in the United States and five (5) Prizes available to be won by eligible Entrants residing in Canada. Each Prize includes one (1) $1000.00 Visa E-Gift Card (the “E-Gift Card”)in the currency of the Winner’s country of residence and a variety of SYLVANIA lighting products with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”)of $250.00. The total ARV of each Prize is $1,250.00(USD/CAD).

Total ARV of all U.S Prizes is $6,250.00(USD) and the total ARV of all Canadian Prizes is $6,250.00 (CAD).

Open only to(i)legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of primary residenceat time of entry and (ii) legal residents of the United States residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (for greater certainty, this excludes Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions) who are at least eighteen (18) yearsof age andthe age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
