(1) grand prize: Consists of: $62,400* awarded in the form of a check made payable to grand prize winner. (*Cash value of grand prize is based upon the equivalent of Heineken beer for life, defined as $1,040 per year for 60 years, or the equivalent of $20 per week.) Approximate retail value (ARV) of the grand prize: $62,400.

Heineken Calendar Closer Venmo Giveaway Prize Award (10,000): A maximum of ten thousand (10,000) Venmo Giveaway prize awards shall be available to be awarded, one to each of the first (10,000) eligible entrants starting at 10:00 a.m. ET on 6/8/2022, while supplies last. After the first (10,000) eligible entries have been received, there shall be no further Venmo Giveaway prize awards available, regardless of the total number of entrants in the Promotion.

Each Venmo Giveaway prize award consists of: one (1) payment via Venmo to the eligible entrant of up to a maximum of $20.00, based upon the following:

$5.00 shall be awarded for each eligible entrant who is among the first (10,000) entrants to successfully complete and submit an online entry starting at 10:00 a.m. ET on 6/8/2022, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Sponsor’s time clock shall be the sole determinant of the eligible entry time period, and determination of the first (10,000) eligible entries received.

$5.00 shall be awarded to the eligible entrant for each successful RSVP received from an eligible entrant’s Invitee (each age 21 or older), who respond and confirm acceptance of the invite per the required instructions within 48-hours of entrant’s initial registration, up to a maximum of $15.00 in total (based upon $5.00 per invitee who successfully RSVP’s within the required deadline, up to a maximum of three (3) invitees per eligible entrant). If an Invitee does not successfully RSVP for any reason within 48-hours of the eligible entrant’s initial registration, the entrant shall NOT receive the $5.00 for that associated Invitee. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any Invitee in a manner in its sole discretion, including requiring submission of proof of age and identity via a government issued Photo ID.

For purposes of clarity, the maximum available Venmo Giveaway prize award per eligible entrant shall not exceed $20.00, regardless of the number of invitees or RSVP’s received by an eligible entrant.

Total maximum ARV of all available Venmo Giveaway prize awards: $200,000.

Open only to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age and older at time of entry, excluding residents of CA, MN and TX. The Venmo Giveaway is void in CA, MN and TX.

There is a limit (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry per person during the entire Promotion Period.

After completing the online registration, each entrant shall have the opportunity to invite up to a maximum of (3) friends (each an “invitee”), each who must be age 21 or older, to a ‘Calendar Closer’ social gathering event date via email through the Promotion website. For each of the eligible entrant’s invitees that RSVP and confirm acceptance of the invite per the provided instructions within 48-hours of the initial invite distribution by the eligible entrant, the entrant will receive an increased prize award, as described below
