There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to the Winner. Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") to the Paris, France (“Trip”). Trip will include the following: (a) roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport located within the 48 contiguous United States near Winner’s place of residence (as selected in Sponsors' sole discretion) to a major airport located in Paris, France; (b) four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (as selected in Sponsors' sole discretion) for Winner and Guest at a hotel selected in Sponsor; and (c) two (2) tickets to La Galerie Dior located at 11 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France (the “Event”).

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is six thousand two hundred twenty dollars ($6,220).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
