Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry and who are the parent/legal guardian of a child/legal ward between the ages of five and twelve years old at the time of entry. Each Child must also be a legal resident of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia.

Download and print a design template. Next, ask your Child to create an original drawing by hand using art supplies on the Template. Once completed, take a photo of the Design.
