Mail-in Free Method: To enter without purchase or referral of Friends, print your name, home mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Purina For Life,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5022, Department 852285, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5022. You must include the Weekly Entry Period (i.e., Week 1, Week 2) and Weekly Prize Type (i.e., Cat or Dog) on the front of the envelope for which you would like an entry. You will receive one (1) entry into the listed Weekly Entry Period for your selected Prize Type as well as one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Entry Period. Limit: One (1) mail-in request per envelope; up to nine (9) mail-in requests each Weekly Entry Period.
