One (1) Prize is available for the Promotion Period. The Prize shall consist of a cash prize in the amount of $10,000 USD.

Only legal residents in the United States of America (excluding residents of Rhode Island) or Canada (excluding Quebec) who are the age of majority or older in their state or province/territory at the time of entry are eligible to enter.

Each online entity form will be worth ten (10) entries; limit five (5) entry forms per day for a maximum of fifty (50) entries per day during the Promotion Period. Limit seven hundred (700) entries per person during the Promotion Period.
