GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize winner will receive (i) access to a private 22-person capacity suite for winner and up to twenty-one (21) guests at one (1) Houston Astros home game during the 2022 Championship Season ("Game") on a date and in a suite selected by Sponsor (Sponsor to provide twenty-two (22) admission tickets for winner and up to twenty one (21) guests, and the private suite use shall be subject to Sponsor's then-current terms and conditions for suite usage); (ii) the opportunity for an Astros' alumni player meet and greet at Minute Maid Park for the grand prize winner and suite guests (such alumni player to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to change) on a date and time determined by Sponsor, and with nature and duration of the meet and greet also determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (iii) the opportunity for winner and three (3) guests to view Astros batting practice from the field, provided the grand prize winner and three (3) guests each sign a waiver and release of liability provided by Sponsor in connection therewith, and subject to availability with nature and duration determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (iv) one (1) Houston Astros customized jersey for winner only; (v) one (1) Houston Astros cap for winner only; and (vi) one (1) gift card to Academy Sports + Outdoors in the amount of $500 for winner only, subject to any terms and conditions imposed by Academy Sports + Outdoors. FIRST PRIZE: Four (4) first prizes will be awarded. Each first prize winner will receive: (i) two (2) lower-level tickets for winner and one (1) guest to one (1) Houston Astros home game during the 2022 Championship Season (such game date and exact ticket location to be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion); (ii) two (2) Houston Astros caps (one (1) for winner and one (1) for winner's guest); and (iii) one (1) gift card to Academy Sports + Outdoors in the amount of $100, subject to any terms and conditions imposed by Academy Sports + Outdoors. (ARV of each first prize: $400.) TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED.

Total ARV of all prizes: $11,600.
