Four (4) grand prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. The grand prize winner will receive tickets to a music festival as outlined below:

Prize Pool 1: Two (2) tickets to the 2022 Hangout Music Festival on May 20-22, 2022 at Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Alabama (“2022 Hangout”)

Prize Pool 2: Two (2) tickets to the 2022 Electric Forest Festival on June 23-26, 2022 at Double JJ Resort in Rothbury, Michigan (“2022 Electric Forest”)

Prize Pool 3: Two (2) tickets to the 2022 Firefly Music Festival on September 22-25, 2022 at The Woodlands located at Dover International Speedway in Dover, Delaware (“2022 Firefly”)

Prize Pool 4: Two (2) tickets to the 2022 Camp Flog Gnaw on dates to be determined in November 2022 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California (“2022 Camp Flog Gnaw”)

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize package is $500.00.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $2,000.00.

Open only to legal documented residents of Alabama, Arizona, California, Delaware, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Wisconsin who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
