Total ERV of Dad-egory Prize package is $1,416.00.

NOMINATOR PRIZES (6): The Nominators of each winning entry will receive a (1)-year supply of donuts, awarded in the form of (52) coupons (certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer apply) (ERV $416.00).

Total ERV of all prizes combined is $59,992.

"Nominators" and "Nominees" must be legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 16 years of age or older at time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, Nominators may visit www.dadsofglory.com and submit their first and last name, email address, phone number, first and last name of Nominee and relationship to Nominee, select (1) of the following (5) categories (each a "Dad-egory"): (i) Best Dad Humor; (ii) Best Dad Feats; (iii) Best Dad Fashion; (iv) Best Dad Engineering; or (v) Best Dad Love, and upload a video that includes the Nominee demonstrating why they are deserving of a "Dads of Glory" prize package relative to the Dad-egory selected (collectively, each, an "entry"). Entry video must be (90) seconds or less in length, spoken in English (or contain English subtitles), must be in an acceptable format, including, but not limited to .mp4, .wmv, or .mov format, and no larger than 300mb in size. Limit of (1) entry per Nominator throughout the Contest Period. Entries received in excess of the above stated limitation will be void.
