First Prizes (59 total): Each first prize is a set of grilling utensils (“First Prize”). Fifty-nine (59) total First Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – awarded by Keyword as set forth in Section 4. The ARV of each First Prize is $45.

Second Prizes (47 total): Each second prize is a Miller Lite-branded apron (“Second Prize”). Forty-seven (47) total Second Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – awarded by Keyword as set forth in Section 4. There are no Second Prizes awarded for Keywords GREATTASTE, GRILL, or SMOKER. The ARV of each Second Prize is $23.

Total ARV: The total ARV of all available prizes in the Sweepstakes is $12,700.
