ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (“Grand Prize”): One Grand Prize Winner will receive a 5-day/4-night vacation (“Vacation”) for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (collectively, “ Group”) to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida (“Resort”). Vacation consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for the Group from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s legal residence (as selected by Sponsor) (“Airport of Origin”) to the Orlando International Airport (with possible layovers); provided, however, if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, air fare will not be provided for the Group; round trip ground transfer between the Orlando International Airport and Resort; provided, however, if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, round trip ground transfer between the Orlando International Airport and Resort will not be provided for the Group; room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) consecutive nights at a Resort hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (daily parking at the Resort, if applicable, is included); up to four (4) 5-Day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® Option (Theme park reservation required; blockout dates apply and are to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor); one (1) Resort VIP Tour Guide for up to eight (8) consecutive hours for the Group on one (1) day during the Vacation (guide, services and hours to be determined by Sponsor); one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $250.00 USD for the Grand Prize Winner only (subject to restrictions; https://www.disneygiftcard.com/terms/us); one (1) Memory Maker product which includes digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass® photos captured during the Vacation and linked to the Grand Prize Winner’s Disney account (online registration required; terms and conditions apply: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/photopass-terms-conditions/); and one (1) Disney Signature Dining Experience awarded in the form of a Disney Gift Card (subject to restrictions; https://www.disneygiftcard.com/terms/us). See below for additional restrictions regarding the Vacation. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $11,301.04 USD which may vary depending upon point of departure.
