Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") to the Los Angeles, CA (“Trip”). Trip will include the following: (a) roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s place of residence (as selected in Sponsor's sole discretion) to a major airport located in Los Angeles, CA; (b) three (3) nights’ first-class hotel accommodations (as selected in Sponsor's sole discretion) for Winner and Guest; (c) roundtrip transfers for Winner and Guest in Los Angeles, CA between the airport and hotel; (d) a seven (7) hour guided tour of Los Angeles, CA (exact tour to be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion); and (e) one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is four thousand seven hundred dollars ($4,700).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
