Grand Prize Entry Method #1: Purchase Entry. To enter the Grand Prize drawing, prior to submitting a Purchase Entry, participant must visit smoothieking.com/60day60k, click “Join Challenge” and provide the email address associated with his/her Smoothie King Healthy Rewards account (“Account”) and submit to participate in the 60day60kchallenge and opt-in to the Sweepstakes. If such email address is not associated with an Account, participant will be prompted to register for an Account. Then, download or open the Smoothie King Healthy Rewards app (available from Google Play or the Apple App Store, see https://www.smoothieking.com/healthy-rewards) (the “App”), follow the instructions to register for or sign in to his/her Smoothie King Healthy Rewards account, and make a purchase using the App of a Slim-N-TrimTM Metabolism Boost® Lean1, Angel Food™ Slim, or Keto ChampTM smoothie to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing (the “Purchase Entry”).
Grand Prize Entry Method #2: Free, Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). To enter the Grand Prize drawing without purchase, mail a postcard including your name, complete address, email address and phone number to the following address to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing (the “AMOE Entry”): The Smoothie King 60 Days for $60k Sweepstakes, PO Box 595, Social Circle, GA 30025-0595. Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between Tuesday, April 5, 2022 and Friday, June 3, 2022, and received by Friday, June 10, 2022.

Entry Period Entry Method #3: During an Entry Period, participants may enter by logging in to his/her public Instagram account, following @SmoothieKing on Instagram, and locate the post from @Smoothieking on Instagram with a prompt requesting a response to enter that Entry Period’s drawing (the “Post”) and posting a response to the Post including the Required Response as indicated in the Instagram Entry Required Response Chart below to receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Entry Period’s drawing (the “Instagram Entry”).
Grand Prize Entry Method #2: Free, Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”).
