One (1) GRAND PRIZE:

Grand Prize shall consist of two (2) tickets to the 2023 Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, AL on dates to be determined in May 2023 (the “Event”) and one (1) $500 gift card (terms and conditions on gift card apply).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $2900 total ($1200.00 per event ticket and $500 per gift card). Total ARV of all prizes: $2900.

Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi (“Eligibility Area”) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per calendar day.
