ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Winner and (1) guest (together, the “Attendees”) to Austin, TX between May 6-8, 2022 to attend iHeartCountry Festival on May 7, 2021 (the “Event”) (collectively, the “Trip”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,650.00). The trip includes:

Round trip coach air transportation for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the Winner's residence to the major airport nearest Austin, TX(as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,600.00);

Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only) (ARV: $378.00);

Two (2) tickets for the Attendees to the Event (ARV: $220.00);

Ground transportation for the Attendees from airport and hotel in Austin (ARV: $100.00)

The total ARV of all prize(s) is $2,298.00.

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
