PRIZES (12): Each Periodic Winner will receive Five Hundred Dollars ($500) in digital “Rewards” as defined in this Rule 5 (the “Prize”). ARV: $500 each: Total ARV of all Periodic Sweepstakes Prizes: $6,000.00.

Each confirmed winner will receive a GE Appliance branded email/digital Rewards catalog (the “Prize e-mail”). The winner must then click on the “Rewards Link” in the Prize e-mail which will allow the winner to redeem the Prize. Each winner can select his/her choice of “Rewards.” The sum total of all Rewards selected by the winner may not exceed $500.

Offered and open only to legal residents of, and residing within, the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

MAIL-IN ENTRY: You may receive an entry into the Promotion by mailing a First-Class Mail postcard that complies with United States Postal Service regulations and measuring no more than 4 ¼ inches high by 6 inches long. Envelopes are not valid entries and will not be accepted. The postcard must contain the following information: complete name, complete street address (no PO Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, date of birth AND Model Number of your favorite GE Appliance that you own or would like to own and mailing it to: Ratings & Review Sweepstakes, 35610 Mound Road, Dept. 700, Sterling Heights, MI 48310-4725. Entries must be handwritten, legible and properly stamped.
