Grand Prizes (3): A trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to attend NBA All Star 2022 weekend scheduled to take place on February 19, 2022 through February 21, 2022 in Cleveland, Ohio. Travel dates: February 17, 2022 – February 21, 2022. The trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport nearest winner’s home to Ohio; double-occupancy, standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights; and two (2) tickets to each of the following events: Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, State Farm All-Star Saturday Night 2022, and NBA All Star Game 2022 (altogether, the “Games”). In addition to the trip prize, the Grand Prize winner will also receive one (1) Wilson basketball signed by a former or current NBA player, at Sponsor’s discretion and one (1) hoodie. Winner does not receive his or her choice of hoodie size; size determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $8,532.00, depending on winner’s point of departure and destination airport. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $25,596.00.

First Place Prizes (20): One (1) Wilson basketball signed by a former or current NBA player, at Sponsor’s discretion; and one (1) hoodie. Winner does not receive his or her choice of hoodie size; size determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV of each First Place Prize $132.00. Total ARV of all First Place Prizes is $2,640.00.

Open only to legal residents of any of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited.

Limit one (1) Entry (total) per person during the Promotion Period.

TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, create a video describing “how you Own Your Ridges®” (“Video”). Post the Video with hashtags #RufflesOwnYourRidges and #Entry (the “Hashtags”) (altogether the “Entry”) via TikTok or Instagram Reels as described below. No product purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchase of Sponsor’s product is not required for participation and inclusion of a product in the Entry is not required. Do not include any music in your Entry.

(i) TikTok: During the Promotion Period, post your Entry (described above) on your personal TikTok account. You must have a valid and public TikTok account if you are entering via “TikTok”. If you do not have a TikTok account, you may download the TikTok application for free through the applicable application store on your computer or mobile device.

(ii) Instagram Reels: Post your Entry (defined above) on your personal Instagram Reels. Posts published in Instagram Stories will NOT qualify. You must have a public Instagram account to participate via Instagram. If you do not have an Instagram account, one can be opened for free by visiting http://instagram.com and following the appropriate link to download the free Instagram application.
