A total of two (2) Prizes will be awarded in connection with this Promotion. Each consisting of:

One (1) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Orlando, FL (the “Destination”), from the major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest to winner’s primary residence as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination;

One (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights (one double occupancy room and room tax only) at or near the Destination;

One (1) special item signed by Billy Joel or Garth Brooks; and

Two (2) tickets to either the Billy Joel Stadium Show in Orlando, FL scheduled for Saturday, March 12, 2022 or the Garth Brooks Stadium Show in Orlando, FL scheduled for Saturday, March 26, 2022 (each, an “Event”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $2,250.

Open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) is a legal resident of the United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico; (ii) IS A CURRENT SUBSCRIBER WITH AN ACTIVE TRIAL, PAID, OR AD SUPPORTED SUBSCRIPTION PLAN ON OR PRIOR TO DECEMBER 28, 2021; and (iii) is at least 21 years of age at time of entry.
