Grand Prize (2): Two (2) grand prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each grand prize consists of: two (2) 2022/2023 season Ski Passes from the Sponsor designated ski mountain resort(s) (issued to winner and one guest of winner’s choice age 21 or over). ARV of each grand prize: $2,000. Total ARV of all available grand prizes: $4,000.

First Prize (50): Fifty (50) first prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each first prize consists of: one (1) $100 Gift Card towards lift tickets from the Sponsor designated gift card provider. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each first prize: $100. Total ARV of all available first prizes: $5,000.

Open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age and older at time of entry except as set forth below.
